Kaitlyn Rondolino is a Creative Producer, Stylist and Casting Director with skills in photography, team & talent management, creative direction and events coordination & management.
Her passion for photography and eye for style brought her to New York, after graduating from the University of Central Florida. She got her start in the fashion industry assisting a renowned photographer during multiple New York fashion seasons, as well as on set at his Chelsea studio. Her knack for production and casting led her to later work at a fashion & film casting agency, getting experience working on editorial campaigns and fashion shows for major designers like Calvin Klein, Rodarte, Helmut Lang and Tory Burch.
Kaitlyn has since gone on to work in live television production and casting for HSN, and then forayed into the world of e-commerce fashion as a Styling Manager and Creative Producer for Gilt and Rue La La. Her skills have been able to translate seamlessly into the world of high profile events production and management.
She currently lives in Florida with her husband and son.
